What is Firestarter?

Last year at the 1st ever Atlassian Summit, Appfire launched Fireball - the turn-key Enterprise Collaboration Appliance built for Atlassian's software. We created a simple, cost effective and smarter way to quickly deploy Atlassian's award-winning collaboration tools within your Enterprise IT infrastructure.

Next week at the 2010 Atlassian Summit in San Francisco, Appfire will unveil yet another new piece of innovative technology that will again transform the way people leverage Atlassian's Confluence.

This new technology will provide users from all over the globe with access to the world's most powerful wiki, by removing the traditional needs of hardware infrastructure, IT staff, hosting fees, or even a basic internet connection!

On June 9th, Appfire will announce an exciting new concept that will allow new and existing Confluence users to become "Firestarters" ...and to start collaborating without boundaries!

Stay tuned ...

Oooooh! I'm intrigued. Can't wait to see what you guy's have cooked up.

Can't wait to see reaction on people's face. Will it be "Wow, you did it again Appfire" or "You guys are crazy" or "How the heck you guys come up with these new concepts every time"

Would love to get my hands on one, I can see that definitely being benefit for our students (I work for a Uni) or for our contractors who are only infrequently on our internal network.
